University Downs Print Campaign

University Downs had historically promoted itself to its student market in big, bold letters, starbursts and bright colors. This time, the folks at Cummings Creative Group convinced them that a more focused, sophisticated approach was in order. Instead of leading with a bulleted list of amenities, the slogan of "College Starts here" led the campaign with copy and imagery that painted a picture of independent, high class and comfortable student living. ©2012 Advantage Realty, Inc.
